Pillow’s dreams
Very late night, on the pillow,
In the bed when all minds are dimmed,
Little ears suddenly appear,
That can hear dreams.
Dreams have many shapes and episodes:
Miracles abound,
Miracles abound,
Dream adventures, dreams of moonlight roads,
Rivers, woods, and sounds.
Dreams of skiing, slippery snow slides, and,
A lawn in sunny beams,
School reports, where all your scores are A+,
What a magic dream!
Dreams flow fast, slow, hide and then appear,
As a creek or sprite,
As a creek or sprite.
While the pillow is perking up its ears,-
Listening all night.
In the daytime, exhausted from her travels,
Craves for quiet scenes,
It’s asleep – don’t wake her, never, never,
She has Pillow dreams.
